Inclusion on All Sides of the Microphone

The National Election Supervisor has further extended the election deadline to Wednesday, December 26. This is because not enough WBAI ballots have been received to reach the required minimum number to complete the election — either in the listener or staff categories. So act quickly, because ballots must be RECEIVED, not postmarked, at the Long Island P.O. box by Dec. 26.

If you have not yet received your ballot, immediately leave a message for the Election Services Corp. at 866-720-4357 and/or email them at pfhelp@electionservicescorp.com. Either way, be sure to say you’re a WBAI listener (or staff member) and provide your mailing address. If you have already contacted them and have not received your ballot, email us at info@justiceunity.org. (Note: You are eligible to vote if, between Sept. 13, 2011 & Sept. 13, 2012, you either donated at least $25 or volunteered for at least 3 hours.)

Time is very short, and your vote absolutely matters. Please do not sit this out! Things are far more tenuous than they might seem. This election is about the soul and survival of WBAI and the Pacifica network.
