When we fight, we win!

The only way to beat the traditional dominants in an election is by engaging the attention of those who may usually not vote. In the WBAI Local Station Board election, if that's you, the deadline is Tuesday, March 5, 2019 — please vote!

There's a lot wrong with WBAI and a lot that's right.

Let's lose the bad and do better.

What We Can (& Must!) Do Better

The Local Station Board must regularly evaluate management and require that they:

  • Create a clear and collaborative process to address programming

  • Assure transparent hiring processes for staff

  • Mandate training for paid and unpaid staff

  • Integrate new voices and new neighbors

  • Raise money off the air
