WHAT YOU CAN DO
To Help Take Back WBAI

1.  Send an email to the Pacifica National Board at pnb@pacifica.org – which reaches each board member individually, including Grace Aaron.
Demand: Reinstate WBAI Management! Maintain local control of programming!

2.  Also call Grace Aaron (Interim Exec. Dir.) at (310) 286-1011 or (310) 402-4087 and LaVarn Williams (Acting General Mgr.) at (212) 209-2800 or (212) 209-2820 with the same message.

3.  Sign and circulate for signatures the petition to undo the coup.

4.  Sign a petition to RECALL Local Station Board members who have led the attack on WBAI management.

5.  Be alert for announcements of protests and actions to express your opposition.

6.  IT IS URGENT THAT YOU JOIN THE STATION BY JUNE 30 (by donating $25 or more or 3 hours of volunteer work) so that you have the right to vote for pro-autonomy board candidates and to recall destructive board members. Through the end of the pledge drive on May 30, you can call the station’s pledge line at (212) 209-2950 – ask them to note on the card that you demand reinstatement of local management. Or pledge at www.wbai.org.

7. ADD YOUR OWN IDEAS!
