Take the 2, 3, or 4 train to Borough Hall or the N or R train to Court Street. Walk on Court Street past Remsen and Joralemon Streets to Livingston and make a left to 111 Livingston Street.
Please come out to tonight’s LSB meeting, participate in public comment, and join the work to avoid a leasing away of WBAI. We’ve secured a lifeline of 43 more days!
WBAI remains the best in community radio in our area.
And while some stations want to believe that listeners will not view “tastefully- presented underwriting” as the advertising it is and have begun to claim that they are “community radio,” WBAI, though changed, still has spaces where communities can speak for themselves about what matters instead of being spoken of or to.
There’s no doubt that WBAI must reconnect with its traditionally supportive communities and build new alliances, but it is also clear that in order for this to happen, we must continue to exist.

- Tell a friend or neighbor about WBAI and about your favorite programs by word-of-mouth, a poster on the bulletin board, twitter, facebook, tumblr, instagram, flickr, whatevah
- Attend Local Station Board (LSB) meetings and get involved in plans to expand the station’s reach.
