Sign the Online Petition: Save WBAI * Move WBAI
There are now calls to sell WBAI. Please act now:
1. Protect your station. WBAI cannot afford its current $300,000 annual rent. Sign a petition urging management to secure more affordable space: http://www.change.org/petitions/save-wbai-move-wbai
2. Protect your participation. Attend Local Station Board meetings on the second Wednesday of each month. The next meeting is December 12, 2012, 7:00 p.m., place to be announced. There may be an open debate about relocating WBAI. Tell the board what you want for your station in public comment.
These steps are crucial to insure this valuable public station remains in your hands.
